Erika is a development strategist and consultant with over 10 years of nonprofit development experience spanning individual giving, corporate partnerships, institutional funding, and board engagement. Having worked primarily within development teams of three or fewer people, she understands how to build practical systems that meet immediate needs while creating a stronger foundation for growth.
Her strength is connecting opportunities across an organization’s existing relationships, including donors, board members, leadership, corporate partners, volunteers, and event attendees. She combines strategy with hands-on execution to help organizations identify opportunities, prioritize relationships, and follow through.
Her experience working with donors and time at a family foundation sparked an interest in supporting the other side of giving; working with people to clarify their philanthropic priorities and develop a thoughtful approach to supporting the causes they care about.
Outside of work, Erika is happiest around animals and always up for a conversation about dogs or horses.
